It is a successor of a South African company specialising in small business development with training programmes and consultancy services mainly focussing on leadership and business skills for SMEs. Also, it provided business development services to German companies seeking to expand into South Africa. In Britain, it started in September 2003 as Thuthuka and was incorporated in March 2004.
